Wholesale Interest Rates - California Conforming Loans for Tuesday, September 29, 2009 - from California Upfront Mortgage Broker

4.75% is still with us as a result of my LoanSifter search for today's Wholesale Interest Rate.  Note that the price from the market leader is 100.125, so there is now a rebate to get 4.75%.

We are continuing a very nice downward trend in rates, so I maintain a strong recemmendation to lock the rate.

As a California Upfront Mortgage Broker, I provide these wholesale interest rates and the corresponding pricing to my clients, often on a daily basis, so they can make the most informed decision on whether it makes financial sense to refinance their California home loan, and also when to lock the rate.

This is what I mean by Transparent Lending - my clients see what I see.

I'd say a very safe bet is that the Dallas Cowboys can beat any high school football team in the country. I'd be willing to bet, say $10, 000. Sure bet, right? If that's a sure bet, then why would you bet $50, 000 if the odds were 50/50? I think… more
