Gary Keller has written a new book called Shift. The subtitle is "How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times."
As a mortgage broker, I wondered if this was a book I should read, since it seemed to be targeted just to Realtors. I decided to buy it anyway and I'm glad I did. I would also recommed other loan officers to buy it too.
First, if you are a mortgage broker who does any amount of purchase business, you would be well served to know what is happening in the industry, and what the top Realtors are doing to adjust to the "shift" in the marketplace.
Realtors and loan officers work best as a team in the purchase transaction - so as a cutting edge mortgage broker, I will always want to keep up with the top Realtors nationwide. So if they are flocking to buy Gary Keller's new book, "Shift," then by all means, so am I.
