Briefly, if you the home buyer allow me to refer you to your Realtor (Buyer's Agent), then I will have prenegotiated that the Realtor will pay for the Loan Origination Fee.
That way, since I am receiving a Loan Origination Fee, you the home buyer are free to choose the wholesale interest rate.
Thus, you are NOT paying for the Loan Origination Fee. It is simply an additional credit you will receive to reduce your Closing Costs.
